Kate Winskill

An artist and former gallery owner, Kate founded Teddington based 1of1design. In recent years Kate has gone from designing and producing her own clothing and jewellery ranges to now completely focusing on painting and digital collage.
 

Trained in Fine Art and Fashion and Textiles at Kingston University, Kate has always been interested in the human form. New works involve oil, acrylic dripped onto paper or canvas, describing multiple figures moving, dancing, embracing, possibly a reaction against isolation that Covid has imposed.
 

Kate also loves mixed media working and uses original photography, paper and digital collage as well as print in her compositions.
